Nigeria’s premium facility and property management service, providing institutional-grade management to private and corporate clients. Spectrum ensures that assets under our care are maintained, enhanced, and operated to the highest standards — protecting and growing client investment over the long term.
Co-founded by Dr. Wunmi Akinwande with a vision to bring institutional-grade real estate advisory to Nigeria’s premium property market. The company establishes its first Lagos office and begins building its client network.
Successful completion of the Group’s first significant commercial property advisory, establishing First Equitorial’s reputation in the Victoria Island market and attracting the first wave of multinational clients.
Dr. Akinwande co-founds the First Equitorial Care Foundation, embedding a commitment to social responsibility into the Group’s DNA from its earliest years. The Foundation begins community development initiatives across Lagos.
Recognising that clients needed end-to-end development capability, the Group establishes Atlantis Construction — extending the First Equitorial offering from advisory into full-cycle development and project delivery.
The third pillar of the Group is established to serve the growing need for professional, institutional-grade facility management among the Group’s expanding portfolio of managed properties and corporate clients.
First Equitorial secures its first advisory mandate on Banana Island — Nigeria’s most exclusive address — marking the Group’s entry into the ultra-luxury tier and cementing its position as a trusted advisor to the highest echelon of Nigerian investors.
